After enjoying a hearty meal, members of Ashbourne Golf Club were treated to lively entertainment from a group of about 25 of the Ashbourne Singers, led by Linda Perry Smith. Linda sang an amusing solo about ‘The girl at 14B ‘and Rob Morton had the first two rows of tables ducking for cover when he sang ‘Singin’ in the rain’, brandishing a water pistol.
Proceeds from the evening’s entertainment were donated to The British Heart Foundation.
